Instead,help them focus on the solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f468;&#x200d;&#x1f468;&#x200d;&#x1f466;Provide examples of your own mistakes,how you learnt from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f468;&#x200d;&#x1f468;&#x200d;&#x1f466;Encourage them to take responsibility for their mistakes n not blame others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f468;&#x200d;&#x1f469;&#x200d;&#x1f467;&#x200d;&#x1f467;Avoid pointing out their past mistakes.
