Through physical activities🚵♀🏊♂🤾♂children learn about sportsmanship, setting goals, 🎯meeting challenges, teamwork and the value of practice.
Keep in mind your child’s age, natural abilities and interests.
Kids 6-8 years old are sharpening basic physical skills like jumping, throwing, 🤾♂kicking 🏀and catching.
Kids 9-12 years old are refining, improving and coordinating their skills.
Kids who enjoy sports and exercise tend to stay active throughout their lives.
🙋♀Staying fit can improve self-esteem, prevent obesity n decrease the risk of serious illness such as high blood pressure ,diabetes n heart disease later in life.
👩👩👦👦Make sure that you set an example in front of them by being active yourself.
